HCS/HBs 957 & 1063 - This act allows an intoxicating liquor wholesaler's agreement to be terminated for good cause, which includes revocation or suspension of the beer wholesaler's federal basic permit or any state or local license.

For brewers and beer wholesalers the provisions of Section 407.400 of this act shall only apply to agreements entered into on or after the effective date of the section.
